first shoes for baby

First shoes for baby

So, you are looking to buy your baby's first shoes and now you want to know where and how to get them.

Great, before you buy your baby's first shoes, you need to keep a few things in mind.

The first thing I would mention is the fact that the shoes have to be comfortable and soft. Yes, this is a must and you need to make sure whatever the style or whatever the shape of the shoe is, at least it is soft and comfortable.

I have seen many hard soul shoes for new Born's and toddlers on the market. Steer away from shoes that have hard bottom and/or are heavy.

The next thing you need to remember is that they are somewhat colourful. depending on the gender of the baby, I would choose different colours. For example, pink for girls and blue for boys.

Some colours like red or white or black are uni-sex colours so don't hang up on those.

The main thing that I would recommend to bear in mind is the material of the shoes. The material of the shoes is important and should be selected based on the climate that you and your baby live in. If you are buying shoes in the summer then make sure they are cool and plenty of air can flaw through the baby's feet and if you are buying shoes when its cold and wet like winter then you have to make sure the shoes are water tight, warm.

Where to buy good baby shoes?

There are plenty of on-line retailers where you can buy baby shoes from but I would only recommend a few.

1- eBay
2- babygift4u
3- boots

How much should i pay for a pair of baby shoes?

Yet again, based on the budget, the baby's gender and the make of the baby, you could be paying anything from £5 and above.

I hope this post has given you some basic ideas on how and where to buy your baby's first shoes.
